Scope and contact

This notice covers the U.S. English edition of Rothhardt Journal. For privacy questions or requests, contact info-partner@rolandrothhardt.de.

Page delivery and correspondence

Hosting and technical service providers process IP addresses, requested addresses, request times and browser details to deliver pages, troubleshoot problems and protect the website. Technical records are retained as needed for those purposes; relevant incident records may be needed until an investigation is resolved.

If you email us, your address, message and delivery information are processed through our email service to answer the enquiry. Information is kept as needed to complete correspondence, meet applicable retention duties or address specific legal claims.

Language preferences and local storage

The root homepage reads the browser’s preferred language locally. It does not contact an external location or language service. A manual selection is stored as rothhardt-language in local storage until you clear site data. It takes priority on later visits to the root homepage. Explicit language addresses keep their language. Search and topic filters also run in your browser.

Cookies and measurement

No analytics or affiliate-tracking cookies are integrated in this version. The English edition has no cookie consent panel. The German edition stores its panel choice locally as rothhardt-consent for up to 180 days; that preference does not activate tracking on the English edition. You can remove local settings through your browser.

Affiliate measurement is planned but not implemented. Before any service is added, this notice must describe its processing and any choices or consent required for the actual service and audience must be provided. No accounts, checkout, contact forms or newsletter signup are offered.

Recipients and requests

Hosting and email providers receive information needed for their services. Specific processing locations and transfer arrangements have not been independently confirmed; processing may occur outside your country. You can email us about access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied. Requests are assessed under applicable law, and verification may be needed.
